Niles is outstandingly funny with his wisecracks and back handed comments seemingly always aimed at CC Babcock. He is the butler of the house and also a friend to all. He loves to eaves drop and to make life very hard for CC.

CC is Maxwell business partner and also secretly in love with Maxwell from the start. She also has a jealous streak in her and this shows when it comes to Nanny Fine. Her and Niles seem to be always at each other which really makes the show work well.
